The Yecuris™ FRG™ mouse can be repopulated with human donor cells of your choice or delivered repopulated from a Yecuris™ pre-qualified donors. Mice can be provided with human hepatocytes that range from 5-95% of the total liver mass, yielding 10-150M cells, and can live for more than a year in an appropriately controlled environment. Non-repopulated FRG™ KO mice are available for use as study controls.

Hepatocytes isolated from Yecuris™ FRG™ KO animals can be provided in a variety of formats including fresh, plated, and cryopreserved to your specifications.

Yecuris™ staff are committed to assisting customers in yielding the highest quality results from our products and offer in-house and contract services to ensure your satisfaction. We routinely conduct custom protocols for drug dosing, surgery, organ and fluid isolation, and metabolite identification. Infectious disease studies are available through select partner relationship.
